I am a trans psychotherapist in the state of New York who works with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community exploring their identities, young adults adjusting to the independence of adulthood and people dealing with depression, anxiety, anger management, identity, life transitions, and more.
My approach to therapy is described as warm, empathetic, and collaborative. I’m passionate about helping people build connections, gain awareness, and live authentically. I believe that you are the expert on yourself and my hope is to help provide different perspectives and skills using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)
