I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing individual and couples therapy for high-performing professionals, executives, and couples in New York and California. My work is especially well suited for people navigating career transitions, leadership pressure, complex relationships, and life changes that require both emotional depth and practical direction.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over two decades running an advertising agency and working in international business consulting. I lived and worked abroad and balanced life across multiple countries for many years. This professional and personal background deeply informs my clinical work. I understand the realities of high-responsibility roles, global careers, and the personal impact of demanding professional lives. Many clients seek me out because they value working with a therapist who brings both clinical expertise and lived professional experience into the room.
I work with individuals seeking support around stress, identity shifts, decision-making, and work-life balance, as well as couples navigating communication challenges, relationship transitions, and high-stakes partnership dynamics. My couples work includes both romantic partners and business partnerships in new and long term relationships who are working to strengthen trust, alignment, communication skills, and emotional connection.
I also support professionals living between cultures, including those navigating international relocations as well as clients balancing life between New York and California. Drawing from firsthand experience living abroad and maintaining life across multiple locations, I help clients address the emotional, relational, and identity challenges that can arise from expatriate life, global mobility, and bi-coastal living — while supporting continuity and stability in their therapeutic work.
My therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and somatic work. I focus on helping clients develop insight alongside practical tools they can apply in their daily lives, supporting meaningful and sustainable change.
