My approach uses elements of Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Structural-Strategic Family Therapy.
I believe that we can learn from our past, achieve a better understanding of our patterns of behavior and view our lives with a new perspective. As you gain clarity and understanding, you will begin to feel more in control of your life story and its meaning.
Throughout my decade of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I’ve come to view therapy as a puzzle. You have all of the possible pieces that you need, sometimes you just need someone to help you put the pieces in the right place.
