    As every individual is unique, I adapt my approach to best meet your needs. I draw heavily from cognitive-behavioral (CBT), dialectical-behavioral (DBT) and psychodynamic techniques. By giving you the practical tools that you can implement into your everyday life, you will begin to feel more empowered and energized.

    I offer a warm and collaborative space to guide you in overcoming obstacles that get in the way of your own happiness. Through a lens of curiosity and non-judgement, I assist in nurturing greater self-compassion and self-awareness so that you can begin to experience a more fulfilling relationship with yourself and others.

    All you need for therapy is yourself and an open mind. I’ll help with the rest.

    My sessions can be described as collaborative, active, and validating. Based on your needs and preferences, I’ll tailor my approach to ensure you get the most out of each session.

    The best part of the work for me is witnessing healing in others, and seeing the shift in clients as they begin  to choose themselves and their own personal fulfillment. As a therapist, I have the unique and meaningful opportunity to celebrate large and small victories with my clients, and to help remind and validate them in how far they’ve come and what they’ve accomplished. I provide a space for all to be unconditionally seen and heard. Building a strong, personal connection with each of my clients is what makes my job ultimately so rewarding.

    I’m an out-of-network provider, meaning I’m not in-network with any insurance panel. I help clients successfully navigate their insurance benefits, and I submit claims for service directly to insurance companies. If you’re unsure about your out-of-network benefits, I’ll help you figure it out.
