I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, who works with individuals and couples in New York City and throughout New York state.
I specialize in mood disorders, trauma, and sex and intimacy concerns, among other areas of clinical importance. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gottman Method, and Psychodynamic techniques, nourished by mindfulness and self-care practices. I create a personalized therapy experience, with an emphasis on building upon individual strengths.
